matters needing attention:
(1) Your unit should abide by laws, regulations, policies, standards, etc. for ecological environmental protection, fulfill its responsibilities and obligations for ecological environmental protection according to law, take measures to prevent and control environmental pollution, and achieve stable and standard discharge of pollutants.
(2) Your unit is responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the pollution discharge registration information, and accepts ecological environmental protection inspections and public supervision according to law.
(3) During the validity period of the pollution discharge registration form, if there is any change in your unit's basic information, pollutant discharge destination, pollutant discharge implementation standards, and pollution prevention measures taken, you should register the change within 20 days from the date of the change.
(4) If your unit no longer discharges pollutants due to shutdown or other reasons, it should promptly cancel the discharge registration form.
(5) If your unit needs to apply for a pollution discharge license due to expansion of production scale and increase in pollutant emissions, it should submit an application form for a pollution discharge license in a timely manner as required, and cancel the pollution discharge registration form at the same time.
(6) If your company continues production and operation after the expiration of the validity period, it should register the extension within 20 days before the expiration of the validity period.
